HORSEBALL LEAGUE

What is the Horseball League?

Our coach Hayley organises friendly matches with Sutton Bonington and Nottingham Trent teams to compete

against each other. The pace is slightly slower than the British Horseball Senior League which we will be going

to enter for the Open Championship in October 2018.

Each team will consist of three or four players.

Matches will be held at

Long Lane. It will be an excellent

opportunity to compete on a

variety of horses.

Who can play

in the League team?

Our league team is open to all players who regularly attend training, for safety. In 2017/18 we had one beginners and one returners team, which our captain Megan hopes to expand next year.

There is plenty of time to develop your horseball skills if you're a newcomer to the sport!

You must be in the intermediate level of our club to join the horseball training to ensure the safety of the

other riders and horses, and safety will be

considered when selecting the team.
